RETURNS POLICY

You can return any products to us that have been purchased on Mason Cash.com.au within 14 days of receipt of your order for a refund (excluding any delivery costs) provided that they are returned in the original condition and packaging. Return freight is payable by the customer and we suggest sending via a trackable method as no responsibility is taken for undelivered returns. Please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with the goods and return to:

In the unlikely event that your Mason Cash product needs to be replaced due to it arriving damaged, please ensure that the products are safely packaged to prevent further damage and email info@globalpremiumbrands.com.au to receive details on how to return via reply-paid via Australia Post.

WARRANTY

The product warranty period is shown on or in its packaging. If the product has a defect within the warranty period stated on or in its packaging which is not caused by misuse or abuse, we will replace the product. To make a warranty claim call us on 1800 252 624 or email info@globalpremiumbrands.com.au. The customer service team will advise you how to return your faulty goods. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits to the consumer given by warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of the consumer under the law. Proof of the products purchase is required.

WHAT DOES THE MASON CASH WARRANTY COVER?

Mason Cash® fully guarantees our quality products to be free from material and manufacturing defects for a period.

The Mason Cash warranty covers faulty workmanship and/or materials when the product is used in normal, domestic conditions and in accordance with the care and use instructions provided. It does not cover normal wear and tear, commercial use or misuse of the product.

If a defect is deemed to have been caused by a manufacturing fault, the defective cookware will be replaced free of charge with a similar product or one of equal value if the original product is no longer available.

The following are excluded from the warranty:

  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, abuse or commercial use
  • Scratches, stains, discolouration, corrosion or damage from overheating to the interior of the pan.
  • Consequential damage is expressly excluded from the warranty.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Mason Cash® will, at its discretion, repair or replace at no charge, unsatisfactory products.

The benefits to the consumer given by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of the consumer under a law in relation to the goods to which the warranty relates.
